Just an absolutely incredible experience. I have been going to Solstice for 5 years now for regular checkups and the occasional troublesome issue that pops up. Always available, always listening to me, and I am in control of my health choices. Solstice provides the information and remedies, and I choose. Everyone is so nice and accommodating too!

I stumbled on this clinic by chance, but I so happy I did! The staff is amazing, they treat you well, they care about you. And Ashley one of the nurses there is the best at doing IVs and needles! I have had many pokes and injections and IVs (due to my health issues) and I have to say she impressed me! She has been the best I have had do it! I also love this companies mission! Good quality health care for the right price no gemics no over charges and you pay what they get the the test, equipment and care for! You get the same type of care here as you do anywhere else, better in fact, they don't do insurance but it's way cheaper without it anyway!

When you’re ready to stop wasting money and get real healthcare without the red tape or nonsense! I have been with soltice for several years now, we were one of the first handful of companies to provided this care to our employees. It is efficient, affordable, care driven, and relationship based. I would highly recommend soltice and brag about the service they provide not only to my employees but also to my whole family!!

I found Solstice a few years back when I was going through some health challenges and needed additional vitamins. I had no idea when I first walked into Solstice that this many years later I would still be going back. They continue to expand their offerings based on customer needs. All of the staff are amazing! I have personally seen Ashley for a few years now and feel really blessed to have found her. Her personality is so uplifting! She is straightforward and very skilled at giving IVs painlessly even though my veins can be challenging at times. Highly recommend!

Solstice has been an absolute godsend to me on my recent health journey. Everyone that I've worked with so far at both Oconomowoc and Brookfield locations have been caring, knowledgeable, and readily available to help either by phone or in person. I love that I'm able to have pretty much whatever labs or nutritional IV's I need done at my request at very reasonable prices. They've also given me referrals at stand-alone imaging clinics at fantastic prices. I'm currently undergoing hyperbaric chamber therapy (HBOT) and am very happy with the Brookfield facility. They are very conscientious with the safety precautions taken, and the caring staff give you their full attention while in the chamber. Because of the direct to primary healthcare model at Solstice, I've been able to do HBOT for some health issues that are considered "off label" and seeing great results so far!

I recently established care at Solstice Health with Michelle as my primary provider, and I truly cannot say enough great things about the experience. My new job’s insurance encouraged us to try them, and I’m so glad I did because I was completely blown away. From the very beginning, the level of customer service, hospitality, and genuine care has been exceptional. Michelle is incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and easy to talk to—you can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to listen. What impressed me the most is the accessibility. Michelle responds to texts and emails almost immediately. Being able to communicate directly with your provider like that is honestly unheard of these days, and it makes such a difference when you have questions or need guidance. It feels like healthcare the way it should be—personal, responsive, and patient-centered. I feel extremely confident having Michelle as my primary provider and would highly recommend Solstice Health to anyone looking for a practice that truly prioritizes their patients!

As someone who worked the business side of health care for a large IDN for most of 2 decades, I was very skeptical of this model of care delivery. I have to tell you--they do a great job. They have eliminated most of the hassle factor associated with typical primary care offices--the communication is timely and efficient. I can message my provider directly. I can get most of my prescriptions at their office. I can get my labs done there as well. I never thought I'd be a supporter of this, but I'm sold. I do miss the EMR, but not as much as I thought I would.
